WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE?

We do our best to make you happy, but every now and then, even the best of us stumble. If your mattress should have factory defects, let us know and we will solve the problem immediately. If after testing it you realize you have chosen the wrong product for you, you can request a replacement or a full refund.

If you realize that the mattress you purchased is not right for you, you can request a refund from us. Print the return label that we send you by email and wait for our couriers to pick it up. We will refund the amount of your purchase in the blink of an eye.

The first aspect to consider is certainly your build. For those who have a robust physique we suggest a greater thickness, able to adequately support the weight.

I have an allergy, can I buy TANHK mattresses?

Absolutely, all of our mattresses are made with antibacterial and anti-mite materials. They are also perfect for allergy sufferers!

How much time do I need to know if I've chosen the right mattress?

It may take a few days for your body to get used to the new mattress. That's why we offer a 30-night warranty - within that time, you can actually tell if the model you've chosen is right for you.

How will I receive my new mattress?

You will receive your new TANHK mattress in a vacuum. The usual box size is 35x35x110 with the weight about 15kg. All you have to do is open the packaging and wait 24-48 hours for the product to return to its original size. The "wow" effect is guaranteed!

There are many factors to take into consideration: starting from subjective preferences, passing through physical characteristics and not neglecting the needs that mother health imposes on us.   • What does the degree of stiffness of a mattress indicate?

    When we talk about the stiffness of a mattress, we refer to the degree of support it provides to the body during rest. A firm mattress is able to support your body weight without making you sink or sag excessively.

  • What determines the stiffness of a mattress?

    The stiffness of a mattress depends on various factors, first of all its thickness and the material it is made of. For example, a memory foam mattress is more comfortable and "soft" compared to a spring mattress which, instead, provides greater support.

Who is a firm mattress suitable for?

Let's start by saying that there are no universal rules, we are all unique and everyone has their own preferences. However, as a general rule, we suggest a firm or semi-rigid mattress especially to those who have a robust build, because a mattress that is too accommodating would not offer them the right support. But also to those who suffer from back pain or muscular problems, since they need adequate support to keep their spine in the correct position.

Who is a cozy mattress suitable for?

We recommend a cozier - or "softer" - mattress for those with blood circulation problems, so that there are no excessive pressure points. But also for those who usually sleep on their side, a position in which a softer support ensures that the shoulder and pelvis sink in and, therefore, greater comfort.

How often should I replace my mattress?

8-10 years is the average lifespan of a mattress. But, of course, this figure is indicative and not absolute! We cannot give you an answer that is always true because there are many, many factors that affect it. Just a few examples: the quality of the materials, the correct care of the product, the frequency of use and so on. However, there is one rule that is always true: when you start getting up with muscle aches and pains, you can be sure that the life of your mattress has come to an end.

What kind of warranty do your mattresses have?

All our mattresses are subject to the legal warranty of 2 years. It is valid for any defect found in the product, not due to a bad use of the mattress itself (in other words, if you throw it out the window it doesn't count, eh!). But that's not all, we also offer an additional warranty of 30 nights: you can test your new mattress for a month, you'll have all the time you need to see for yourself the comfort and decide if it's the right for you.
